Amendments

Section 944A inserted by Finance Act 1998 section 134(1)(a) in relation to appeals determined by the Appeal Commissioners after 27 March 1998.

The Appeal Commissioners may make arrangements for the publication of reports of such of their determinations as they consider appropriate, but they shall ensure that any such report is in a form which, in so far as possible, prevents the identification of any person whose affairs are dealt with in the determination.

What provisions apply to the publication of determinations of the Appeal Commissioners?

The Appeal Commissioners may arrange for the publication of their decisions. They must ensure that as far as possible, the appellant's identity is not disclosed in published decisions.
