0 My client sold 5 acres of land recently for agricultural value. Title was received to this land in the mid 1980’s from his parents (signed over). As the land was close to a city (1 mile) would there be any scope for increasing the land value at acquisition for indexation purposes to reflect development potential or is he stuck with agricultural value at the time ?
