Hi Alan, A landowner is transferring a site to his daughter and her partner (not registered civil partner). He would transfer it to his daughter only if the young couples bank would allow the property be held in her name only. The bank requires both the daughter and her partner to own the site. A colleague mentioned that revenue has a concession where a bank requires such an arrangement? Telephoning revenue was of no benefit. Do you know what they’re talking about?
