I have a company who operates as a dental services company by employing associates to carry out dental work, the company also operates a dental laboratory. There are three directors , only one is a dentist and this director is employed in the laboratory. I know a typical dentist limited company would be liable to the surcharge – this company is more a management company as such …does that make a difference ?
