Hi Alan, I have a client (29) who is just in the process of getting a farm transfered into her name from her mother (69) and father (64). The farm is valued at around €200k. Our client has a agricultural qualification and a full-time job. She is intending to lease the farm back to her father. Question: Can he qualify for consanguity relief on the land transfer and if so what conditions does she have to satisfy? Regards, Paul
