Alan Just after Christmas, there was a letter circulating around regarding 'one man companies' and personal services company, where the Revenue were reviewing them for excessive costs and and a guideline of 'valid expenses and costs of administration would reduce contract income by less than 20%' was being mentioned. Do you know if it is reasonable to exclude employer contributions to a company pension plan for the calculation of this 20% ?
