Hi Alan, we have a client that has is working in slovenia, he would qualify for non resident based on number of days. he has received a letter from revenue and social welfare stating that while he is paid by the solovian company he is subject to irish social insurance and is exempt from prsi in the country he works in. Based on the fact he is paying irish prsi would he be able to claim non resident for tax purposes. thank you
