We have a client who is non resident and non domicled in Ireland. They are a married couple. who own a rented property in ireland. They live in Scotland full time. The tenant is not deducting the tax from the rent so they need to submit a tax return.
Do they each have to be seperately assessed for Income tax in ireland and therefore submit a tax return each? The wife is registered for tax in ireland but her husband is not.
Is their World Wide Income to be included in the tax return also?
Many thanks
