A client has a house which was originally built in the 18th century comprising a main block and two wings, in the 19th century the centre block burned down. It was never reconstructed. The two wings have been used in conjunction as one house since then but are not physically connected. There was also some out buildings used to house the gardener which was renovated in the last few years. Is there a separate liability for NPPR for the ‘other’ wing and the caretakers rooms? It has been very much used as one dwellinghouse.
