Hi Alan,
We have a client that has a few unconnected employments. He is being made redundant from one of the employments which is a non pensionable employment.
He has occupational pensions with the other employments.
When he is calculating the SCSB for his redundancy with the non pensionable employment does he have to take into consideration the pension lump sum that he would have with the other employments?
