Hello, we have a sole trader client who has a retail business and is registered for VAT, they also have a property they rent out in the normal way to one customer for a monthly fee and we deal with that as case V income, they have another property (over 100 years old) which they are going to rent out as “Corporate Let” which will be to corporate clients for periods of over 14 days at a time, will the income generated from the “Corporate Let” be subject to case V or would there be any VAT implications – expected income of circa 70K? They also have another property which they use Airbnb to generate income of circa 30K annually, how should this be treated for taxation and will there be VAT implications on this?
