Is it ok to receive a termination payment for cessation of employment/office with one group company even if you will continue to work for another member of the group i.e. an associated employer? Years of service of terminating company only to be taken into account. Payment received would be aggregated with any future termination payment from another member of the group as if they were the same employment. Thanks
