I have reviewed the many questions on this topic but don’t see one that relates to my specific query- Husband & Wife who run professional services company, with wife in admin capacity. Both directors and shareholding split 99% Husband & 1% Wife. Wife’s employment is now being terminated as she is due to move to public sector, so I believe she should qualify for “Termination Payment” but my query is- Can she retain both her directorship & shareholding upon leaving the employment of the company after receiving her termination payment
