2005 Old residential Property purchased for €600k . Planning permission rec'd to extend and use entire as office. Cost of works in 2006 was €140k + VAT. VAT claimed and building used in 100% vatable activity to 2019. Now a letting to a connected party ( Ltd ) to carry on same activity. Is it a 10 or 20 year CGS and should VAT be charged on the rents
