Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1927 section 7

Repeal

Section 7 repeals the earlier Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1913, replacing it with the provisions of the 1927 Act.

  • The Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1913 is formally repealed by this section.
  • The 1927 Act supersedes and replaces the 1913 Act in its entirety.
  • All provisions previously contained in the 1913 Act cease to have legal effect from the commencement of the 1927 Act.
  • The framework for the provisional collection of taxes is now governed solely by the 1927 Act.
