Provision for communications and services otherwise than online

Section 103 requires the Authority to ensure that people can access communications and services under the Act through non-digital means, including printed copies.

• Anyone entitled to receive a communication under the Act can apply to have it provided as a printed copy.
• Anyone who needs to make an application or use a service under the Act can apply to do so otherwise than online or through an electronic system.
• The Authority must specify and publish the procedure for these applications on its website.
• The section ensures that people who cannot or prefer not to use digital channels are not excluded from the automatic enrolment system.
