Production of statistical data

Section 42 requires the Authority to publish statistical data on participation in the automatic enrolment retirement savings system and on scheme investments.

• The Authority must publish aggregate statistical data on participation in the automatic enrolment system on its website.
• It must also publish data on the types of investments held by AE provider schemes.
• Additional statistical information may be published as prescribed by regulations.
• The Authority must carry out these functions transparently, independently and accountably, while respecting the protection of confidential information.
