Annual fee payable to Pensions Authority

Section 46 requires the National Automatic Enrolment Retirement Savings Authority to pay an annual fee to the Pensions Authority.

• The Authority must pay an annual fee to the Pensions Authority each year.
• The fee is paid from the Authority's own available funds.
• The Minister may set the amount of the fee, but only with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform.
• The fee covers the cost of the Pensions Authority conducting a supervisory report on the Authority.
