Regulations

Section 107 empowers the making of regulations requiring employers or other persons to provide information necessary for determining carer's benefit claims.

• Regulations may be made under this section to compel the provision of information.
• Employers can be required to supply relevant details about a claimant.
• Other persons beyond employers may also be obligated to provide information.
• The information requested must relate to determining a carer's benefit claim.
