Powers of District Court

Section 350 formerly set out the powers of the District Court in relation to social welfare matters but has been repealed.

  • Section 350 originally dealt with the powers of the District Court under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005
  • The section was repealed by section 7 of the Social Welfare and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024
  • As a repealed provision, it no longer has any legal effect
  • Any matters previously governed by this section are now addressed through other legislative provisions
