Investigations by Health Service Executive

Section 359 previously dealt with investigations carried out by the Health Service Executive in connection with social welfare matters. This section has been repealed.

  • Section 359 originally provided for investigations by the Health Service Executive (HSE)
  • The section was amended by the Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2011
  • The section was further amended by the Social Welfare and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024
  • Section 359 has now been repealed and is no longer in force
