  • This section originally dealt with statutory conditions related to social welfare entitlements
  • The section was repealed by the Social Welfare Law Reform and Pensions Act 2006, section 16(b)
  • No obligations or entitlements arise under this section following its repeal
  • Any matters previously governed by this section should be considered under the replacement provisions introduced by the 2006 Act
