Regulations

Section 238E empowers the Minister to make regulations governing the back to work family dividend.

• The Minister may create regulations covering any aspect of the back to work family dividend.
• Employers can be required to provide information the Minister needs to determine a claimant's entitlement to the dividend.
• Regulations may specify which employment schemes, work experience programmes, and education or training courses count as a "qualifying scheme" under section 238A.
• Different schemes, programmes, or courses may be prescribed for different provisions within this Part of the Act.
