Section 346 previously dealt with contributions towards benefits or allowances but has been repealed.

  • Section 346 originally provided for contributions towards benefits or allowances under the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005.
  • The section was repealed by the Social Welfare and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024, section 7.
  • The provisions formerly contained in this section no longer have legal effect.
  • Any matters previously governed by this section should be considered in light of the 2024 amending legislation.
