Giving of notice under section 195A or 195B

Section 195C specifies the form in which notices relating to supplementary welfare allowance activation requirements must be given.

• This section applies to notices issued under section 195A (failure to attend activation meetings) and section 195B (failure to participate in prescribed schemes, programmes or courses).
• All such notices must be given in writing as a minimum requirement.
• Notices may additionally be given in any other form considered appropriate.
• Electronic form is explicitly permitted as an alternative delivery method.
