Disablement pension

Schedule 2 Part 3 sets out the weekly payment rates for disablement pension based on the assessed degree of disability.

• Disablement pension is paid as a percentage of the maximum rate, corresponding to the assessed degree of disablement.
• The maximum weekly rate for 100% disablement is €285.00.
• Rates decrease proportionally, with 50% disablement receiving €142.50 and 20% disablement receiving €57.00 per week.
• These rates have been updated multiple times since 2006, with the current figures effective from the 2025 amendments.
