Contributions paid under the National Insurance Acts

Section 120 allows historical National Health Insurance contributions made between 1911 and 1952 to count towards the contribution conditions for invalidity pension.

  • Contributions paid under the National Health Insurance Acts from 1911 to 1952 may be recognised for invalidity pension purposes.
  • This applies to payments made by or on behalf of employed contributors during that period.
