Changes in employment

Section 351, which previously dealt with changes in employment, has been repealed.

  • Section 351 originally addressed the obligations relating to changes in employment status
  • The section was repealed by the Social Welfare and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024, section 7
  • The provisions of this section are no longer in force and have no continuing legal effect
  • Any requirements previously imposed by this section no longer apply
