Supplementary welfare allowance – appeals

Section 312 previously dealt with the appeals process for supplementary welfare allowance decisions but has been repealed.

  • Section 312 originally governed appeals relating to supplementary welfare allowance.
  • The section was repealed by the Social Welfare and Pensions Act 2008.
  • Appeals relating to supplementary welfare allowance are now dealt with under other provisions.
  • The repeal took effect under section 18 and Schedule 1 of the 2008 Act.
