Cessation of Part 7A

Section 238F previously dealt with the cessation provisions for Part 7A of the Act, but has been repealed by the Social Welfare Act 2017.

  • Section 238F has been fully repealed and is no longer in force.
  • The repeal was effected by section 11(b) of the Social Welfare Act 2017.
  • Part 7A, to which this section related, has ceased to have effect.
  • No obligations or entitlements arise under this section following its repeal.
