Section 357 previously dealt with payments made under court orders to offset social insurance contributions, but has been repealed.

  • The section was repealed by section 7 of the Social Welfare and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024
  • The repeal means that the provisions governing court-ordered payments to offset contributions no longer have legal effect
  • Any matters previously governed by this section are no longer addressed under this part of the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005
