In Part 1 of the Acts of the Oireachtas, several Irish companies laws have been repealed in their entirety or in part, corresponding with specific sections of the "Companies Act 2014":
The "Bankruptcy Act 1988" (No. 27 of 1988), the "Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2005" (No. 12 of 2005), and the "Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2006" (No. 41 of 2006) have been repealed in part.
Several sections of the "Companies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009" (No. 45 of 2009) and the "Companies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2013" (No. 46 of 2013) have specifically been repealed.
