Application of Chapters 1, 2 and 4 of Part 23 to PUCs and PULCs
Section 1282 extends certain company law provisions — specifically those in Chapters 1, 2 and 4 of Part 23 — to public unlimited companies (PUCs) and public unlimited companies with a share capital (PULCs), to the extent that those provisions apply to companies other than public limited companies (PLCs).
