Liability of Director or officer for acts and omissions
Section 953 provides protection from personal liability in damages for the Director of Corporate Enforcement and their officers when carrying out their functions under the Act, unless they acted in bad faith. Note: this section has been repealed by the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021.
