Section 957F formerly dealt with the publication of sanctions imposed on relevant directors, but has been repealed.

  • Section 957F was introduced by the Companies (Statutory Audits) Act 2018.
  • The section provided for the publication of relevant sanctions imposed on relevant directors.
  • Section 957F was repealed in its entirety by the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021.
  • As a repealed provision, this section no longer has any legal effect.
