This text represents the constitution of a company named "THE WESTERN COUNTIES TOURISM DEVELOPMENT DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY".
The company is a designated activity company limited by guarantee, registered under Part 16 of the Companies Act 2014.
The company's main objective is to promote tourism in the western counties of Ireland by providing facilities for tourists, and doing everything necessary to achieve that goal.
Members' liability is limited. If the company is wound up while someone is a member, or within a year after they cease to be a member, they are obliged to contribute to the company's assets for the following:
The amount required from each member in such cases must not exceed β¬50. The company's share capital totals β¬10,000, divided into 10,000 shares of β¬1 each.
In regards to the company's Articles of Association, the company has adopted the provisions of the Companies Act 2014.
