Section 546 provides the definitions of key terms used throughout Chapter 4, which deals with the liability of third parties for debts of a company that is in examinership.

  • The term "debt" takes its meaning from the circumstances described in section 547.
  • The term "liability" takes its meaning from the circumstances described in section 547.
