Section 957I dealt with the process for appealing disciplinary decisions to the court and the court's powers to confirm or vary those decisions, but this section has been repealed.

  • This section was introduced by the Companies (Statutory Audits) Act 2018.
  • It provided a framework for appealing decisions of the Director to the court.
  • The court had powers to confirm, vary or set aside decisions made by the Director.
  • The section was repealed by the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021, section 3.
