Superannuation

Section 950 provides for the establishment of pension arrangements for the Director of Corporate Enforcement and related officeholders, subject to ministerial consent. This section has since been repealed.

  • The Minister may establish one or more pension schemes covering the Director of Corporate Enforcement, an acting Director, and any officers of the Director.
  • Any such pension scheme requires the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform before it can be put in place.
  • The section originally re-enacted section 9 of the Company Law Enforcement Act 2001.
  • Section 950 has been repealed by the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021, section 3.
