Appeal against relevant decision

Section 1505 provides a specified person with the right to appeal a relevant decision of the Supervisory Authority to the High Court, subject to a strict time limit.

  • A specified person may appeal a relevant decision to the High Court
  • The appeal must be brought within 3 months of being notified of the decision
  • The 3-month period runs from the date the Supervisory Authority notified the specified person
  • No appeal may be brought outside the 3-month window
