Provision of certain documents to liquidator

Section 713 requires the proper officer of the Central Office of the High Court to provide certain certified documents to a liquidator or examiner when a winding-up order is made or a creditors' voluntary winding up is confirmed.

  • When a winding-up order is made or a creditors' voluntary winding up is confirmed by the Master of the High Court, certain documents must be provided to the liquidator or examiner
  • The proper officer of the Central Office of the High Court is responsible for providing these documents upon request and payment of the prescribed fee
  • The documents include a certified true copy of the winding-up order or confirmation certificate, along with any other prescribed particulars
  • Provision of the documents is also subject to any conditions that may be specified in rules of court
