This is the constitution of 'The Northern Mining Public Limited Company', a public limited company registered under Part 17 of the Companies Act 2014. The company's main purpose is to mine all types of minerals and carry out relevant tasks needed to achieve this primary goal.

The members' liability is limited. The total share capital of the company stands at €30,000, split into 30,000 shares priced at €1 each.

The adopted regulations for the company are as follows:

  • The Companies Act 2014 provisions are to be accepted, or
  • Another set of regulations is to be agreed upon according to the needs of the company.

The persons listed below have expressed their desire to become a company and have agreed to take the number of shares set against their names:

  • Jerry O'Donovan (5 shares)
  • Agnieska Mooney (375 shares)
  • Cormac Vayner (225 shares)
  • Colleen Parsons (55 shares)

The total shares distributed amount to 660.

Their commitment to subscribe to these shares can be either authenticated using their signed copies, witnessed and attested as per regulations, or authenticated by adhering to the procedures stated in the Companies Act 2014 (section 888 referred to). The signatures of all parties were attested on a specific date by a selected witness.
