Companies Act 2014 section 952

Delegation by Director

Section 952 deals with the ability of the Director of Corporate Enforcement to delegate powers to officers, and the conditions under which such delegation operates.

  • The Director of Corporate Enforcement may delegate any of his or her powers to officers, except the power of delegation itself.
  • Any delegation of power may be revoked by the Director at any time and at will.
  • The Director may continue to exercise a delegated power at the same time as the officer to whom it has been delegated.
  • This section has been repealed by the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021.
